Dr. Joerg Henseler is Associate Professor of Marketing at the Nijmegen School of Management,
Radboud University Nijmegen (The Netherlands),
Acting Head of the Department of Marketing and Market Research, University of Cologne (Germany),
and Visiting Professor at the Higher Institute of Statistics and Information Management,
New University of Lisbon (Portugal).
His research interests include the development and application of partial least squares path modeling (PLS),
relationship marketing, brand management, services marketing and innovation management.
He is editor of the Handbook on Partial Least Squares (published by Springer).

Prof. Dr. Christian M. Ringle is Full Professor and Director of the Institute for Human Resource Management and Organizations at
TUHH - Hamburg University of Technology (Germany). His research interests include strategic management,
HR management & organizations, marketing, and quantitative methods for business and market research. He has
significant experiences as a consultant for companies in Europe and the U.S.
Prof. Ringle is also Managing Director of the SmartPLS project focusing
on methodological extensions for PLS path modeling, their software implementation, and application in empirical business research.
With more than 20,000 users, SmartPLS has become the PLS software.

Prof. Dr. Marko Sarstedt is Assistant Professor of Quantitative Methods in Marketing and Management at the
Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich (Germany) and Visiting Lecturer at the European University of Applied Sciences
in Hamburg (Germany). He has been Visiting Researcher at EM Lyon, the Villanova School of Business, and Brunel University, among others.
Prof. Sarstedt’s research interests comprise the application and advancement of marketing research methods.
He has intensively published in scholarly journals.
Moreover, he has served as a consultant for various companies in automotive, telecommunications, industry,
and in the nonprofit sector.
